1. Seller identity

This Site and the Air-Vent Comfort product are sold by SIA "Techenergy", registration No. 41503057750, registered address at Cietokšņa iela 55A - 31, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia. Contact: info.airboxcomfort@gmail.com.

2. Product & pricing

We sell the Air-Vent Comfort 350mm trickle vent for €12 per unit, VAT included. Prices and product availability may change at any time; the price shown at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay.

3. Ordering & payment

Orders are placed via our Stripe Checkout link. Your contract of sale is formed once Stripe confirms your payment; you'll see an on-screen confirmation and (if provided by Stripe) an email receipt.

4. Delivery

We ship within 24 hours of order, Monday to Friday, across the EU and UK, typically arriving in 2–5 business days with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (14-day statutory minimum)

If you are a consumer ordering from the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. We go beyond this minimum: see Section 6.

6. Our 30-day returns policy

We accept returns of unused Air-Vent Comfort units, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. Email us to request a return label.

7. Warranty / legal guarantee of conformity

Air-Vent Comfort carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, matching the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for goods sold to consumers in the EU. If your unit arrives faulty or develops a defect, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Online Dispute Resolution

If you're an EU consumer and we can't resolve a complaint directly, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence.
