Privacy Policy — Air-Vent Comfort

This Privacy Policy explains how SIA "Techenergy" ("we", "us"), the seller of the Air-Vent Comfort trickle vent at airboxcomfort.com (the "Site"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the Site or place an order.

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Order data: when you buy, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own payment page. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe shares your order confirmation (name, email, shipping address, amount paid) with us so we can ship your order and provide support.
Contact data: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer your request.
Usage & cookie data: if you accept cookies in the banner shown on the Site, we use Meta Pixel and/or Google Ads/Analytics to understand which pages you view and whether you completed a purchase, so we can measure and improve our advertising. See Section 4 below.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process order and contact data to perform the sale contract with you and to answer your enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use advertising cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which resets the banner.

4. Cookies & advertising pixels

If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, the Site loads:

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — measures ad performance on Facebook/Instagram.
Google Ads / Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — measures ad performance and site usage.

These providers may set cookies and process data outside the EU under their own standard contractual clauses. If you click "Reject", none of these scripts load and only strictly necessary, non-tracking functionality (e.g. remembering your language choice) is used, which does not require consent.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for your payment details — see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. How long we keep your data

Order records are kept for as long as required by Latvian tax and accounting law (typically several years). Support emails are kept until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable period after.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info.airboxcomfort@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Latvia's supervisory authority, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.
